Amanda Pica

Amanda Pica holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and has over two decades of experience working in community mental health. She has provided training on numerous topics in psychology, behavioral science, and intimate partner violence. Amanda is editor-in-chief of Hollow Oak Press, and submissions editor for Humour Me Magazine. Amanda is co-author of The Wordsmiths and her work has appeared in F(r)iction’s Dually Noted, Story Nook, Wyld Flash, and Humour Me Magazine. She co-facilitates Writer’s Flock, the Oil Region Library Association’s writing support group in Oil City, where she lives with her son, fluffy husky, and temperamental parrot.
