Amanda Marie Gipson

Amanda Marie Gipson is a creative writer from Northern Appalachia with a strong foundation in community-based agricultural education. She earned her MFA from Wilkes University in 2023 and holds an M.Agr from Colorado State University. Her craft is rooted in Appalachian narratology and intergenerational, place-based approaches. Amanda is currently the fiction editor for the Northern Appalachian Review.
